The finished commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. If you intend to use the finished artwork for commercial use, please let me know beforehand (the client will be charged twice of the base price for commercial rights).

I own all rights to my work. I am allowed to post my artworks on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am also allowed to add the finished artwork in my portfolio.

Sharing and reposting my artwork is okay as long as you give me proper credit (@cookiesandbiscuits).

I DO NOT allow putting my work into any AI. Anyone who does this will be immediately blocked and blacklisted.

The listed prices above are the base prices. Additional charges may apply depending on the additions and the complexity of the requested artwork. Rush orders also have additional charges, which will be 50% of the base price.

I have every right to decline a request if I think my skill level won't be able to meet your request or if your request falls into my "Will Not Draw" category.

Please provide visual references upon requesting. This includes pose reference if you have a specific pose in mind. This will help me to fulfil your request better and to avoid mistakes during the process.

I accept payments via PayPal (for international clients) and GCash (for local clients). A deposit of at least 50% of the base price (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start to work on the request. After the sketch is finalized, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I finish the request. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in me not giving the finished artwork.

If, for any reasons, you decide to cancel the commission BEFORE the sketch is approved, I can give you a partial refund (i will keep 25% of the deposit).

Once the sketch is finalized, you won't be able to cancel the commission anymore.

In the event that I cannot complete the commission due to certain reasons (art block, lack of motivation, etc.), I will give you a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum). You will be able to keep the unfinished commission.

Please be kind. Any form of harassment and rude behavior during the process will result in cancellation of your request. You will be refunded half of the total payment (no refund if the only payment made is the 50% deposit). You will also be blocked and blacklisted after this.

My turnaround time is around 1-2 weeks. I am a student who does commissions as a side-hustle so please understand that there may be delays due to school-related reasons. Rest assured, I will update you once it happens.

Once I begin working on the commission, I will send progress images of the sketch for you to review and approve/make revisions before I proceed. Once the sketch is approved, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

Revisions are allowed during the sketch process. However, once the sketch is finalized, only three (3) minor revisions can be requested. Other revisions after that will have additional charges that must be paid in full before I proceed.

The finished artwork (both the full res. PNGs and watermarked JPEGs for social media posting) will be sent to you via email in a zip file.
